With many years of experience in meter design, our company has launched a new type of smart meter, which can communicate via RS485, NB-LOT (5G), 4G, WIFI, Bluetooth, ROLA, carrier, etc. This series of meters has the advantages of small size, high precision, good reliability, and easy installation. The performance indicators meet the technical requirements of national standards GB/T17215 and GB/17883.
The multi-user electric energy meter adopts modular structure, reasonable structure and complete functions. With two single-chip microcontrollers as the core, it completes the user's electricity parameter collection, electric energy calculation, processing, storage and user electricity control, providing users with a variety of functional options. According to the load access method, the meter has two series: direct access type and transformer type meter.
Direct access single meter, accuracy: 1.0 level, maximum number of product outgoing lines: 39 lines, mutual inductor access meter, accuracy: 0.5S, maximum number of product outgoing lines: 24 lines,
Electricity meters are divided into three series according to their functions:
1. Ordinary 8x series electric meters, with basic electric energy measurement and load control functions;
2. The 9x series electricity meters for student dormitories include single-circuit, double-circuit and triple-circuit electricity meters for three households, meeting the special needs of student dormitory users such as malicious load identification, timed power outages, and power donation management.
3. The multi-rate 7x series of electricity meters can realize the tiered electricity price billing mode and any setting of peak, flat and valley billing modes. This series of electricity meters has two settlement modes. The postpaid electricity meters implement the monthly settlement mode, and the prepaid electricity meters implement the annual settlement mode. The tiers can be divided into a maximum of three tiers; the day can be divided into a maximum of 8 time periods, and each tier can be set with 3 pricing rates; for monthly settlement type electricity meters, the year can be divided into 2 periods according to the month, so as to realize the requirements of setting tiered electricity consumption according to the season in some areas;
For ordinary series electric energy meters and multi-rate series electric energy meters, the user type can realize any setting of the number of three-phase users and single-phase users (within a maximum of 39 outgoing lines), that is, one electric meter can be set with a maximum of 39 single-phase or 12 three-phase users, or less than 12 three-phase users within 39 lines, and the remaining outgoing lines are any combination of single-phase users.
The display uses a double-line high-brightness digital tube to cyclically display the meter information and each user's account number and real-time power information.
The meter has RS485 communication interface, which can be used to connect all meters and host computers to form a dedicated network or local use
1. Ordinary series electric meters: single rate, user type is a mixed setting of single-phase and three-phase users
1. Count up and pay later;
2. Positive counting, post-payment, with remote control function, can achieve maximum load limit;
3. Prepaid remote-controlled electric meter with power cut-off for arrears, low residual alarm and maximum load limit function;
2. Student dormitory series electricity meters, single rate, available in prepaid and postpaid types. They are control-type meters that meet the basic requirements of electricity safety and management in student dormitories. They are divided into single-circuit, double-circuit, and triple-circuit types according to the number of incoming lines allocated to each user.
1. For post-payment meters with mixed single and three-circuit settings, the user number of the three-circuit setting should be in the front;
2. Prepaid electricity meters with mixed single and double circuits are set up. Double-circuit users occupy two adjacent outgoing lines of the electricity meter, and the two power lines are in different phases;
3. Post-payment meters with mixed single and three-circuit settings, where three-circuit users occupy three adjacent outgoing lines of the meter, and the three lines are three-phase power supply;
3. Multi-rate series meters can realize different billing unit prices in different periods (seasons), different power consumption stages (steps), and different time periods, which basically meet the current electricity pricing requirements in different regions of the country. The user type of multi-rate meters is the same as that of ordinary meters, which is a mixed setting of single-phase and three-phase users.

1. Ordinary postpaid electricity meter
l The electricity consumption is accumulated and counted, and the electricity consumption is divided into 0.1 degrees.
l Maximum output line of a single meter: 36 lines, users can choose single or three-phase;
l According to the number of outgoing wires of the electric meter, three specifications are designed: 12 wires, 24 wires, and 36 wires;
l 485 communication interface, can read data remotely
2. Prepaid electricity meter
l Prepaid electricity function, 0 power or arrears power outage, arrears power outage, can not be commanded to restore;
l Remaining power alarm function: when the user's remaining power is lower than the set alarm value, a 1-minute power outage will be executed, and the user's power information display will flash to remind the user to purchase electricity in time;
l With maximum load limit function, when the active power of any line load of the user exceeds the set limit value, overload power off will be executed and automatically restored in 1 minute;
l It has the function of accumulating electricity consumption, which is convenient for users to count electricity consumption;
l Card swiping: Users purchase electricity bills by purchasing electricity cards, swiping the cards on the meter, and the electricity bills are charged to the meter.
l 485 communication interface, can remotely read data, remotely pay fees, and remotely control.
3. Electricity meter in student apartment
l Maximum number of outgoing lines for a single meter: 36 lines, users can set single or three circuits at will;
l The electricity consumption is counted positively, realizing the function of using electricity first and paying later;
l With maximum load limit function, the system can be divided into two time periods each day, and the power limit for each period can be set separately to achieve different load limits during the day and at night, and power off in case of overload;
l It has the function of limiting the number of continuous overload power-offs. Within the allowed number of overload power-offs, the overload power-off will automatically recover within 1 minute. Otherwise, the power-off state will remain, and the power supply can be restored by command.
l It has a scheduled power on and off function, with a maximum of 8 time periods per day. The first time period starts at 0:00 and the time unit is 1 minute. With a week as the time unit, the power supply status can be set for each user at different time periods every day. During the scheduled power off period, the power supply can be restored by command;
l With malicious load limiting function, when the load connected by the user at one time is a pure resistive load, and the cut-off power is greater than the set malicious load identification function start power, the principle is to execute the power-off immediately. The exception is that the load is set as a licensed load by the user;
l User licensed load usage function. When the user sets the malicious load restriction function, in principle, malicious electricity consumption will be restricted. In order not to affect the use of specific loads, up to 8 licensed loads can be set for the meter. Each user can choose 8 loads that are allowed to be used. The electricity consumption of licensed loads will not be restricted;
