Overview:
Smart water meter is a high-tech mechatronics product developed by our company. It is a highly intelligent instrument with advanced microcomputer control technology as the core and the help of radio frequency card technology, 485, NB-IOT, Bluetooth and other transmission methods. It has the characteristics of accurate measurement, reliable performance, compact and reasonable structure, etc.
The instrument is based on a rotary vane or propeller water meter, and is equipped with a new type of low-power, high-output torque, pressure-loss-free motor-controlled valve and a microcomputer controller.
Smart water meters comply with national standards GB/T778.1~5-2018, CJ266-2008, CJT 224-2012, CJ/T535-2018 and factory inspection procedures and implement cold water meter verification procedures JJG162-2019.
Core features:
1. Remote transmission function: NBIoT wireless communication technology is used to realize remote communication function.
2. Display synchronization function: The LCD display and the mechanical part display are synchronized. Even if the circuit fails and the LCD cannot display, the mechanical display can still be used as a reference.
3. Prompt alarm function: battery undervoltage, insufficient available water, strong magnetic interference and other fault information will prompt an alarm on the LCD.
4. Data upload function: Every time a user buys water, the relevant information will be brought back to the management system, allowing the management to understand the user’s water usage and the status of the meter.
5. Valve self-maintenance function: The valve rotates regularly to remove valve scale in time and ensure the flexibility of the valve.
6. Anti-hoarding function: The software can flexibly set the lower limit of recharge to prevent users from hoarding water.
7. Recharge: Remotely recharge water bills through the software, and support mobile phone payment.
8. Blacklist query: Users who do not buy water for a long time may be included in the blacklist to monitor their water usage.
