Product Overview

    Smart water meter is a high-tech mechatronics product developed by our company. It is a highly intelligent instrument with advanced microcomputer control technology as the core and radio frequency card technology, 485, NB-IOT, Bluetooth and other transmission methods. It has the characteristics of accurate measurement, reliable performance, compact and reasonable structure.

    The instrument is based on a rotor or propeller water meter, and is equipped with a new type of low-power, high-output torque, no-pressure loss motor control valve and a microcomputer controller.

    The smart water meter complies with the national standards GB/T778.1~5-2018, CJ266-2008, CJT 224-2012, CJ/T535-2018 and the factory inspection procedures implement the cold water meter verification procedures JJG162-2019.

Core functions:

1. Date and time function: The water meter records the date and time internally.

2. Abnormal detection function: When the water meter encounters strong external magnetic interference that affects the normal measurement of the water meter: the water meter valve is closed. After the magnetic interference is eliminated, the stored-value card can be used to open the valve.

3. LCD display function: The LCD display of this water meter can display the issuance number, remaining water volume, current consumption amount, cumulative water consumption, program version number, water meter number, charging unit price, date, time and other related information.

4. Insufficient balance reminder function: voltage alarm; low water volume alarm (settable); valve closing function due to insufficient water volume, etc.; with illegal operation and misoperation blocking function;

5. When the meter is disturbed by strong electric interference, static electricity breakdown, and water immersion, the data should be automatically corrected. The performance is stable and reliable, and can effectively avoid user disputes caused by inaccurate measurement.

6. Encryption security function: one meter (one household) one card, automatically generate and identify IC card password, meter card one to one correspondence, not interchangeable.

7. Intelligent valve control: When the balance in the meter is zero, the valve is closed. The valve can only be opened after purchasing water and recharging; in case the valve is not closed due to a meter failure, normal metering can still be performed, and the amount used will be counted as a negative number. The user purchases water and swipes the card again, and the remaining balance is automatically deducted from the used balance.

8. Anti-hoarding function: Only when the sum of the newly purchased balance in the card and the balance in the meter is less than or equal to the hoarding amount, the newly purchased water can be charged into the meter.
